第2回赤十字原子力災害セミナーダイジェストビデオ The second Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Seminar digest video 2014年3月15日に東京都港区の日赤本社で開催された赤十字原子力災害セミナーの模様。「わかりやすいプロジェクト国会事故調編」との共催で、「避難所」がテーマ。高校生たちに避難所運営ゲームや、福島での避難所運営責任者の講演を通じて避難所運営の難しさを体験してもらった。 This is a digest video of the second Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Seminar held on Mar. 15, 2014 at the National Headquarters of the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) in Tokyo. The JRCS hosted the seminar with a group “The Simplest Explanation of the National Diet of Japan Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission Report”. The theme of the seminar was an 'evacuation center'. High school students were in scope of the seminar participants.
