CHARP年次報告2000 CHARP Annual Report 2000 2000年は、チェルノブイリ人道支援プログラム（CHARP）で目標に掲げた項目がほぼ達成された。移動診療所（MDL)は92,000人の診断を行い、合計23,850人がこころの支援を受けた。しかし、CHARPは引き続き資金難に直面し続け、結果として縮小をしなければならない目標もあった。従って、連盟はそれぞれの赤十字社とともに、代わりの資金調達手段とプログラムの優先順位の見直しの可能性を検討しなければならなかった。 In 2000, the objectives planned in CHARP (Chernobyl Humanitarian Assistance and Rehabilitation Programme) Appeal were mostly achieved. The MDLs (Mobile Diagnostic Laboratories) examined 92,000 people, a total 23,850 people received psychological support. However, CHARP continued to face funding constraints resulting scale-down of some of its objectives.
